Jenna has been a valued member of the Gateway family since starting with us in 2003. She started as a loan originator, moved up to processing and compliance and since 2007 has been Vice-President of Compliance. She loves being part of our local and personalized approach that is capable of taking a loan from the introductory stages through completion. Her belief is that every single customer is working WITH us, not simply hiring us to work for them. It shows in the way she enjoys the long-term connections we form with our clients.
Jenna is a Kenosha Tremper graduate that moved right up the road to Carthage College where she double majored in Business Administration and Accounting, positioning her for success at Gateway. She does her best to give back locally, and served as a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha Board from 2004-2012. In 2012 her obligations to her growing family took over the majority of her free time.
She’s been married to Mike Pitts Jr. since 2007 and in that time had 3 girls; Lucy, Winnie and Grace. She loves traveling and going to the family cabin in northern Wisconsin. She also loves the simple day to day things that constitute her kids growing up.
Besides Kenosha’s natural beauty of the Lakefront, Jenna finds the proximity to Milwaukee and Chicago (without having to live in either location) to be a benefit of living in the area. Jenna also finds the local colleges to be both beautiful and a benefit to our community.
