If you click on the Online Account access link on the website, you will be redirected to the website of a third party vendor with whom Gateway Mortgage Corporation has contracted and you will be able to log into your mortgage loanaccount by entering the username and password that you selected during your prior registration. During registration, the following data may be collected:

- Password
- Loan Number
- Email Address
- Three Security Questions with answers
That data is used to verify and validate your identity as you access your mortgage information online. This information can be updated (email address, mailing address, telephone number) and is retained in a database. Once your identity has been verified, you will be logged into your account where you can access your mortgage information.
Cooperation with Government and Law Enforcement
GMC cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any illegal or legally actionable activity.
