Online Account Access Registration Instructions

Thank you for choosing Gateway Mortgage Corporation. Approximately one week after your loan closes, we invite you to register for online account access. Our “EStatus” program allows you to monitor your current balance, interest rate, payment history and more. To register, please follow the following steps: 

First time users: 

1. Log on to www.gatewaymortgagecorp.com. Click the “LOG IN” link in the online account access box located at the center of the home page. 
2. Select the “Register - first time users must register” link. 
3. Enter your loan number. Your loan number consists of the 5 digits. Only enter five numbers. It can be found on your coupon book or your first payment letter. Ignore the zeros before your account number on the coupon books. Please call us at 262-657-7733 if you need to verify your loan number. 
4. Enter your SS# (no dashes or spaces) 
5. Click “I Agree” to the agreement. Please read if desired. 
6. Choose a username of your choice. Provide a password of your choice and re-enter to confirm it. Enter a valid email address and re-enter to verify. Enter the numeric characters from the image provided. Click “Save.” 
7. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to authenticate your registration. Your account will not be active until you click the activation link within your email account. You should receive the email within a few minutes of submission. 
8. From your email account you provided, select the link within the confirmation email. 

Subsequent usage: 

1. Log on to www.gatewaymortgagecorp.com. 
2. Click the “LOG IN” link in the online account access box located at the center of the home page. 
3. Enter your username. 
4. Enter your password. 
5. Enter the numeric characters from the image provided and click “Log In”

*** Customers with multiple accounts or those who refinance need not register more than once. Accounts are triggered by social security numbers. There will be a link inside your online account to toggle between multiple accounts.
